There's enough grumpy old timers here to make you feel like your visiting family. Love it. The guy who checked me out was so helpful and smart, saved me five bucks.

I am extremely disappointed with Walmart's customer service. I purchased this bike for my son, and it turned out to have a serious safety defect. The chain repeatedly came off and got wedged between the cassette and the frame while riding, creating a dangerous situation that could have resulted in my son being seriously injured. When I took the bike to the store, Walmart refused to accept the return, hiding behind a ridiculous policy that the item must be unopened, unused, and in its original condition. How is a customer supposed to discover a dangerous defect without actually using the bike? To make matters worse, the bike was delivered without its original box. Instead of resolving the issue in the store, Walmart told me I have to process the return by mail. That means waiting 5–7 days just to receive a shipping label, then buying a large box with my own money, packing the bike myself, and taking it to a shipping carrier. This is completely unacceptable customer service. When a product has a serious safety issue, the company should make the return process as easy as possible—not shift all the inconvenience and expense onto the customer. This has been one of the worst customer ser

Peppa Jack hates this Walmart. They took out most of the self check out lanes to put in cashier registers, but they rarely have more than 3 or 4 cahiers availables. Geniuses. Be prepared to wait. They have a big open air cooler up front with no variety in it. (See the pics). Peppa Jack's trying to cut sugar, so zero sugar soda only. Tough luck, they got the cooler filled with regular Pepsi and regular coke only. You like vanilla Starbucks? Tough luck, chocalte only. How do these managers get paid so much to make stupid decisions like this? Don't even get Peppa Jack started about the online shoppers that park their carts in the middle of the aisle so no one could get through. Won't be returning to this location.

This location had plenty of self checkout lanes allowing for a relatively smooth checkout experience, now they have gone down to four registers for the entire store and the past two times I have been there, only three were functional. There are long lines at every register that is staffed and not nearly enough are staffed. If you are going to close the self checkouts, staff your registers. Update a few weeks later: same register still out of order so only 3 lanes for self checkouts. I’ve been in multiple times and it has never been functional.

I had an appointment at the Walmart in Carson City to get my oil changed. I go there and they hadn't put it on the books... So then there was an appointment available at 5:00 and the guy who was working as a manager said there was no availability named David... I drove from Yerington for this oil change. One of the guys in there Anthony got me in. I'm grateful for that because my car really neededd to get an oil change...
